How to Pescetarian in Madrid

When in Madrid, I am a flexitarian! And today I was a… pescetarian.

I love to find new places. I also tend to get back to my favorites. And a plaza favorita is Ultramarines del Coso located by the charming Plaza de San Ildefonso, a beautiful square.

Most important tip: Grab the table by the window! Perfect for dining alone. And a first date, when you want it to be private yet with the option of a little social vibe 💕

I seriously don’t know what I ordered, except something with “salmon”. And it was delicious.

I got potato chips together with my ordering a cerveza sin alcohol. Such a small gesture, and so welcoming after hours of exploring the streets of Madrid.

And bread. And butter. Give it to me!! Hello and goodbye, low-carb Copenhagen lifestyle.

And mmm… what kind of lovely 🫒🐟 combo is this. True love is in the air:

The main dish has arrived. I forgot to take a photo of the potato side dish, but boyh, it tasted so good, moving the potatoes around in the sauce. Maybe good this stays a private picture 😀

This was just the perfect meal today before moving on to new Madrid adventures.

What happens next? I walk just around the corner to fetch a much needed coffee, nicely brewed by a nice Italian guy. More on this on the blog – soon ☕

For now, thank you – mucho gracias, Miguel & Ultramarines del Coso. Hasta luego xo
